Microfilters are suitable for all applications where the requirement for the purity of compressed air is particularly high. With an efficiency of of 99.9999% referred to 0.01 μm, they guarantee the best possible quality as the second stage after the compressed air filter. The residual oil content is 0.01 ppm. Compressed air filter in compact design. The filter inserts with pore widths below 0.01 μm are made of borosilicate microfibre fleece with V2A support sheaths and an outer foam cover. They are flooded from inside to outside. Housing made of aluminium. Container made of brass (for BG 90 made of aluminium). With condensate drain for manual operation, condensate drain is only possible up to 362 psi under pressure. The filter insert must be replaced after approx. six months. A pressure bowl certificate is enclosed. Please notice: For a longer downtime, a compressed air filter of 580 psi should be installed in front.
