Safety and noise silencing nozzle blowstar. A combined safety and noise silencing nozzle - to minimize the risks and dangers in dealing with compressed air, paritculary with skin contact. Working conditions are appreciably improved through a substantial noise reduction down to 74 dB(A). The principle of the full-cone nozzle is an excellent concentric blow with maximum efficiency. Compared with a classic single-hole nozzle the resulting blowing power of the blowstar is 2.5 times stronger. Recommended especially for compressed air blow guns, but also suitable as industrial process nozzle. It currently meets the following safety regulations and directives: Swiss Accident Insurance Fund (SUVA); BG Directive (Noise) Directive 2003/10/EC; Noise-at-work legislation (TRLV-noise); BG Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, EN 12100; OSHA Regulations. Available with or without screwed-in double nipple. Materials: zinc die-cast or POM. Double nipple aluminium (or as a variant black anodised).
