Pre-filters. High performance sintered polyethylene filter inserts. Application: pre-filters for microfilters and combinations of microfilters – activated carbon filters, secondary filters for adsorption, absorption and refrigeration dryers, dust filters for compressed air and other compressed gases. Mode of operation: when the uncleaned compressed air enters the filter, the solid particles of 3 μm are retained. When passing through the filter element from the inside to the outside, the coalescence effect results in increased moisture separation. The flow rate remains unchanged. Cleaning: by washing out with warm soapy water and blowing out from the outside to the inside. We recommend cleaning at a pressure drop of 0.6 bar at the latest.
